We warmly welcome you to dance with us, as we dive into deep Midwinter -  a time to connect with the dark and the dreamworld.

This workshop will give focus to the elemental and the animalistic side of life, the uexpected and the unseen.

Jake Madhatter plays mesmerising live music with drums, gongs and vocals.

Ben's teaching is gentle and expressive, welcoming all ages and levels of mobility.

This is the season of Spring and life returns bringing an awakening to the land. We are almost at the Vernal Equinox and the days are longer and nature calls us out into the world, FRESH to engage with the rising tide.

During our time at Wildways we will explore the embodiment of awakening, sensing in what is rooting in the ground of or our being and following that which is freshly finding its way to the light.

Our time together will be tender, warm and playful as we welcome the new roots and shoots that will nurture us into this new year of growth and possibility. We will share 5Rhythms dance, time on the land, community, good food, saunas and the lighting of new fires for the year to come.

All welcome - prices include shared accommodation and access to the private land and facilities of Wildways. We bring food to share and create a warm community.
